Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Element Education website and program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in Element Education is subject to application approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Element Education.

3. Payment & Refunds

Program fees are due as outlined in your enrollment agreement. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days before the cohort start date will receive a full refund. Requests submitted within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. Monthly payment plans are binding for the full program duration once the cohort begins.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, materials, and resources provided by Element Education are the intellectual property of Element Education and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission. Projects and applications you build during the program remain your property.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow students. Element Education reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive or harmful to the learning environment, without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Element Education provides its program and website on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, employment, app store approval, or revenue resulting from participation in the program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Element Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the program.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
